Great service and communication. Glass roof of my Tesla had a crack from a stone on the highway, and North Auto Glass was able to get it replaced quickly and at a good price. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and communication, I just had to drop off my car and pick it back up. Will definitely use their service again!

Clean shop, clean work and windshield looks great! Can take orange tape off the following day as instructed (see picture), don't wash the vehicle or window for 48hours afterwards... Got my Jeep windshield replaced a few years ago, and even though I now live almost an hour north, I went back this winter for another new one because the service is that good, the windshields are in stock, and the work is top notch! *cracked windshields are a Jeep Thing, not a reflection of the installation quality.

Awesome experience getting my windshield replaced here! Had to literally call the guy back after getting quotes everywhere else around town to make sure that he was pricing out my windshield. When I called him back to make sure that the pricing was indeed for a windshield replacement, he told me it was because he was honest about the hours it takes to have a windshield replaced. Got charged 1 hour for his hourly rate. Literally everywhere else in Barrie, especially places like speedy Auto Glass. We're quoting 3 hours worth of Labor Can't recommend North Auto Glass enough! The world could definitely use a lot more honest businesses like this!

I was travelling up north and had a large crack develop across my windshield. I called to see if they could fit me in that day as I was passing by. I was three hours from Barrie and their team was able to order the windshield in for my Ford Edge and prepared for when I got there. They were professional, fast (about 2 hours or less) and gave me clear instructions after the install on how to take care of it, and they dealt directly with the insurance company. I highly recommend these guys.
Great experience, my insurance company said I had comp, but what they did was lock it up with stupid little clauses so I had to pay cash for the windshield!! They worked with me and we ended up getting it done!

I got a good quote for my Nissan Rogue 2015 full windshield replacement. I have never done anything car related stuff before, and this was my first experience but an amazing one. Within 2 hours, my windshield was replaced within my budget, $300-$400. The crack shown in the pic is from a couple of months back it was almost 4 feet long now when I replaced it. I had a couple small rocks hit my windshield and I thought it had chipped, so I contacted North Auto Glass for a quote. They got back to me right away and it was a very reasonable price, so I booked the appointment. When I arrived, Araz took a look at the windshield with me and noted that it wasn't actually a chip, just some stuck on dirt! I was so embarrassed but he was very kind about it. Even though I didn't end up paying anything I still got great service and will definitely go back if something actually does happen.

A while back I noticed a chip in my windshield so I stopped by this place and dealt with Araz. He looked at the chip and explained to me that he could fill it, but it had been filled previously and was not a danger for spreading. He told me that he wouldn’t charge me anything as it was not necessary, but to come back any time if I had an issue and he would again only charge me if it was something he could fix. Great guy and gave me great confidence in this place. Thanks!

Abdul was absolutely fantastic. I went in becuase of a window leak on my ram 1500 and I was advised of a couple different scenarios. I went a head with the job and it did not go as planned. And I originally left very disappointed and having spent a lot to have the window changed. Abdul reached out almost instantly and took time from his own day to come in and work after hours to fix the window the way it should have been. He refunded be the difference of a new window and only charged me to reseal the glass. He Even went above and beyond and found the original cause of the leak and seemed to be fixed. This guy is a a great business man and understands customers can't leave disappointed. Would highly recommend him for any auto window repairs. 10/10 job buddy

Upon submitting an online quote request, Zee called me promptly to confirm some details, then sent me a detailed quote as promised, for both cars. They booked me in on short notice for both cars. At the shop Araz was really amazing, and did a great job on both vehicles, explained everything thoroughly, and handled all the insurance admin. The quality of the work on both cars was exceptional. I travelled from NB to ON to get my windshield replaced here because they are awesome. We have a Fiat 500x and Fiat was not helping us with finding out what type of windshield to use due to the sensors in it. They would not give us the part number. I finally located a part number and North Auto Glass researches the info and got us an aftermarket windshield with all the right sensors for way less than the Fiat brand windshield. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new windshield..

My windshield glass had a very large crack which got worse in colder weather and I needed a fix asap. I called and they were very helpful and was able to fit me in the same day. They were professional and on time. I went to drop my vehicle off then I ran out for an hour to do some errands and realized I left my purse in their waiting room and I panicked. I called them after I realized what I had done and they were able to see my purse still sitting in the reception from a security camera to which they went to get it and store it in a secure area until I returned. I was delighted to see my purse was in perfect condition and with everything intact. I was thankful for their honesty and help to keep it safe for me. They went above and beyond and I am so thankful.

I had my windshield replaced, very professional and courteous service. I booked an appointment and was brought in right on schedule and had the job completed earlier than they had originally stated. The pricing was comparable or cheaper than other places I called.. no hidden fees. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.
These guys did a great job. Highly recommended. They were reasonably priced, and honest. They booked my windshield repair the same week, and did the work within a few hours of me dropping off the truck. There was an issue with body rust, and the guys problem solved to create a tight seal. Easy and positive experience.

I got my windshield replaced here on my 2010 civic. The gentleman working did a great job and provided me with updates during the replacement in a timely manner. The price is unbeatable. Would recommend. Took 2 hours which if you're tech know is pretty good. Personal Preference: I have replaced windshields at a dealership as a tech. Allow the windshield to cure in direct sunlight for 12-24 hours for proper curing after the appointment if receiving your car right after.

Gee is such a nice man to talk to .. Not only does he charge HALF of the price for my new windshield on my new Toyota but it was installed perfectly and this is 6 months later and everything is still perfect! .. Other companies told me that he couldn't do it for that cost and calibrate it right .. Wrong! .. The windshield's perfect and from Toyota too and all of my electrical components are still working perfect .. I only wish that ALL owners ran their companies the way Gee does! .. I recommend him to everyone, even if they don't have a broken window in their vehicles yet!😆

Absolutely great process from end to end. They were quick to respond to my quote request and able to book me in at a short notice. Windshield replaced in an hour and a half with excellent quality and at a fair price. They even provided double sided tape to reattach my dash cam. Will be going here for all my future auto glass needs.

Wonderful and happy experience! Saved a LOT of money and the work was carried out by a friendly, knowledgeable and highly competent young man named Abdul, that actually cared about the work he was doing. Don't be fooled into thinking a technician in their 20's can't possibly have any relevant experience. Abdul pointed out that the previous installation had been done carelessly, and proved that to me by showing me the rust the had accumulated under the windshield, where the adhesive had been applied. He cleaned all of that up and sealed the clean metal with a commercial strength product to ensure many years of trouble free service. He ALSO pointed out that there was an electrical connection that is supposed to be hooked up to defrost the windshield wiper area of the glass. Guess what? IT WAS NOT CONNECTED BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS INSTALLER INNSTALLED THE WRONG WINDSHIELD! The previous installer just painted right over the rust after the installation. It is amazing how transparent North Auto Glass is with their customers and how amazing the communication is. I will never go anywhere else again if I'm in need of glass for my vehicle. Highly recommend. There are many reasons these guys deserve 5 stars!

I called around for quotes and this was one of the best prices I received that still used OEM glass, there was another shop in Barrie that had the same price but it was convenient how close North Auto Glass was to my work, plus the high number of Google reviews gave me faith in them. Anyways I was getting my windshield replaced because I had a crack, my car is a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with every option including lane departure cameras, rains sensing and defrost elements in the windshield. I was worried reading about having to calibrate the lane departure sensing afterwards but Abdul made it clear that with North American vehicles it works 95% of the time by not having to go to the dealer after to re-calibrate. Everything seemed to go smooth, about a week after it finally rained and I noticed the sensor was not being sensitive enough to turn on the wipers when I needed them so I went back and they replaced the sensor and had it fixed in 15mins, no charge of course. My only warning would be that they seem to take longer then they tell you to change your windshield so I wouldn't plan on hanging around and waiting or showing up in the 1.5hrs they say it will take. I dropped my car off at 9am and they told me roughly 1.5hrs so I thought I was safe to show up at 12pm to pick it up, I had to wait about 30min still. I would not hesitate to go back next time I need a windshield, I'm a satisfied customer.
Was able to get a last min same day appointment. Work was completed quickly, and they even took me into the shop to show me the problem. Hope to not need their services again, but they will be the first ones I call, if I do!

Had my A4 windshield replaced. Details were handled before I got there for a smooth install. Recalibration of the cameras went well. I followed the advise of a OEM windshield for cars that need calibrated. Hope I don't need a new windshield but if I do I know where to go.
Had my windshield replaced today at the Barrie location. Abdul knew his stuff and seems to have a done a good job. All my ADAS functions were recalibrated and all seem to be working fine. My HUD seems to be reflecting properly off this replacement windshield as well. It will take some time driving before I can confirm there is no wind noise and I won’t be able to wash the vehicle for at least a week but I trust there will not be any leaking issues. Based on my conversation with Abdul and all of the positive reviews online, I trust any issues that may arise with this new windshield replacement will be taken care of accordingly by this company. Based on my experience so far, I will recommend their services.

The price was reasonable ($250) but I noticed some differences between my old windshield and this new one. For example: the first day driving with it, it was making a squeezing noise. It still makes that noise but it's a bit better now. It feels like it's shaking almost still which is scary. Secondly, there was frost on the inside of my windows. That never happened with my old windshield and I find that weird that it just started now. Also.... They didn't give me any receipts or paperwork about the work done. I paid cash and so there's no trace that I had my windshield replaced here. I find this weird and if I had a problem with it, how would I prove I got the windshield replaced at this shop?
So the new windshield was done professionally but somehow from Friday night to my appointment at 11:30am Saturday my passenger door magically didn't open cause my quarter panel was pushed in. The owner sent me a video of the condition apparently prior to the replacement but I find it very odd that the door didn't work all of a sudden. Be weary of this place, they seem like the type to add on an upsale while doing what you requested to be done.
Honestly never used them before and won’t ever after reading what they expect of their auto shop manager. Literally the job requirement is to upsell services.
Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. Edit to add. I didn’t share my thoughts because I thought I should be a bigger person but if I can save someone else then… My rear window smashed out. North auto gave us a good price (pay for what you get) And replaced our glass. They told us not to open the back of my car as glass could fall in and break my handle. I never opened it. They replaced the glass. All seemed fine. Until I put groceries in my back and tried to open it again and it wouldn’t open. You could hear the pure amount of glass that was left in my back hatch. I called north auto and they took no responsibility for it. Claiming there’s no way to take the glass out, but then told me a detailer would or a mechanic. So there was a way. They just didn’t want to do it or couldn’t do it. Which is fine if they were honest about that at the start. If they would have said, this is a bigger job than we can do. So be it. The only good thing about this is that they refunded me fully and took their glass out. We took it somewhere else and they were appalled with the work that was done and how much glass they left. While I was at North auto dealing with the glass, I heard two different customers complain about the work that was done on their car. Now, I could be more petty and go after them for chipping my break light and Maybe that’s another fight. But please, go anywhere else.
Poor quality and poor customer service. Find somewhere else to go, not worth your time as you will be replacing your windshield somewhere else again very soon anyways. EDIT: Reply to Owner Response You were not thankful for our feedback when we initially contacted you. It wasn't until AFTER the 1-star review was made that you attempted to rectify / explain the issue. My HUSBAND brought the vehicle in to show you #1 the windshield distortion and #2 the crack/break that originated from the inside of the vehicle at the very base of the windshield/dash. Both of these problems were "our fault" and would not be rectified. Yes, my deductible was $500 - you up-charged the insurance company to cover the cost of the deductible so my claim for the windshield replacement would not cost me anything. After the 1-star review was made, you incessantly called my husband to try and have the review removed. Your solution was for me to submit another insurance claim for another windshield replacement. This would cause my deductible to increase or a glass exclusion would be placed on my policy. Given the poor quality/defect of the original windshield to begin with, and the disappointing experience, I have no interest in replacing the windshield with you again. Excellent customer service should be proactive, not reactive.
