Hi it was good experience except for one small detail. I went to the shop thinking I could speak to a salesperson and get an estimate . The door was locked and no one told me that I’d have to use the phone. Your website should be specific in telling customers that there is no one on site and that they need to phone or email ahead rather than come to the shop. Other than that it was a good experience.
